Field Service Technician
In this role, you will provide technical support to customers throughout the life of a machine. You will provide advice and physical assistance to the customer in identifying problems associated with the operation of our equipment, as well as offer innovative solutions to make the customer’s operation function more efficiently and economically.
Machinist – CNC Milling/Lathe Operators
A machinist performs set-ups and manufactures first pieces. The ideal candidate should read and understand specifications and drawings and will produce, inspect, and measure high quality machined parts.
Robotic Applications Engineer
As an Application Engineer, you will work with our Sales and Engineering teams to develop customer project concepts and provide technical product support by configuring Serpa’s end of line packaging solutions to meet customer requirements.
Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer
In this role you’ll work in a dedicated and rapid R&D production environment incorporating robotics, motion, pneumatic, servo drives, AC drives, and linear systems in your machine designs. You’ll be tasked with conceptualizing and designing custom, high-quality, high-speed packaging automation systems for some of the nation’s largest Fortune 1000 manufacturers.
Lead Controls Engineer
As our Lead Control Engineer, you will work in a dedicated and rapid R&D production environment designing controls for high-speed automated packaging equipment. You will see the final product throughout manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
Fabrication Process Manager
As our Fabrication Process Manager, you will contribute to the success of the organization by overseeing the production scheduling process, while taking into consideration cost, timelines and efficient recommendations for packaging machinery manufactured by the company. This person will be responsible for leading, managing, and directing the Machine Shop production schedule for a team consisting of machinists, welders, fabricators, and drill press operators.
