P150 Beverage Cartoner
Our P150 Intermittent Beverage Cartoner has been specifically tailored to accurately and efficiently load and seal cartons of canned or bottled beverages for your next application.
The P150 takes Serpa’s proven intermittent motion technology and applies it to loading and sealing cartons of canned or bottled beverages, expanding its reach to the growing beverage industry.
This machine features nine configuration options at up to 300 cans per minute. Maintenance-friendly changeover between these settings takes less than 10 minutes and does not require tools.
P200 Side Load Case Packer
Our most versatile case packer features a proven case erector accurately picks and erects cases at speeds up to 20 cases per minute. Our unique walking beam with dual-sided opposing vacuum ensures square cases all the way through the closing station without the need for flight lugs.
Tray Former
This tray former from our FG series has multiple configuration options for higher production needs.
High Speed Insert Feeding System
This industry-leading high speed insert feeding system features a patent pending design that solves all of the major insert feeding issues in the industry. The high speed insert feeding systems is capable of feeding inserts at speeds over 400 pieces per minute with very little operator intervention. Even at high speeds this system does not require the full time of an operator to maintain materials.
Complete Aseptic Line Integration
Over in the Healthcare Packaging Pavilion, Serpa and the ProMach Pharma Solutions group showcased a turnkey packaging line for syringes and vials.
The Serpa P100 cartoner and P200 case packer rounded out the solution.
