Serpa puts together the complex pieces of the puzzle so you don’t have to.

This recent integrated line packaged face masks from cartoning, to case packing, and finally palletizing.

First, the face masks are placed into cartons by our P150 intermittent cartoner. This machine features robotic collation using six FANUC robots.

Next, the cartons are loaded into cases at Serpa P200 side load case packer.

After being packed into cases, these corrugate cases travel to our automated robotic palletizer where they are packed and shrink wrapped before being discharged to their final destination.
