An integrated solution with the Pharmaworks TF1e Blister Machine and Serpa’s P100 Horizontal Cartoner. The solution started with product from bulk that would be oriented and placed into the blister cavities. Once sealed, the product is transferred with a robotic collator into the cartoner on the correct pitch.
With speeds exceeding 90 indexes per minute and a format range of 90 mm x 165 mm, the TF1e delivers world-class standards in cGMP and standard features typically found on larger blister machines. Blisters up to 25mm in depth can be formed on the TF1e making it an excellent choice for medical device packaging.
